Calibration visits, where appropriate, include gas sensor pack change and emergency call out visits are charged at a preferential rate.
All the standard facilities of the silver contract but provides emergency response seven days a week and also include service/ calibration visits every six months. Emergency call out visits are charged at a preferential rate.

Quantum offers the facility to return goods for repair or refurbishment. Refurbishment Products can be returned regardless of age or condition for refurbishment/possible upgrade.
This allows product which has deteriorated in appearance as well as functionality to be stripped down and later technology incorporated where appropriate.
